    Well dang that explains it lol. I wonder if the kid was really just making some fireworks with a little extra bang or if he was actually making bombs with ill intent

    Says in the article he was making black powder fireworks. The items pictured is whats needed for black powder. ...which is not illegal to make for an individual but he was selling the " fireworks " making him a manufacturer , for which he was not licensed...

    Also setting them off.
    2 he set of very close to my home were like very strong fireworks.
    3rd one was a noticeably much larger one kin to a,small bomb.
