Appleseed event at Slidell - 2/15-16

What better way to celebrate a late Valentine's Day than a weekend of shooting?
We'll be at Camp Villere in Slidell on February 15-16 for an Appleseed clinic.
Rimfire only, but the skills transfer to your CF rifle.

For a two day Appleseed clinic (like this one), you can expect to shoot 250 to 350 rounds. The beauty of Appleseed events is that it is all based on the fundamentals. We can have a beginner next to a competition shooter and both can improve without slowign the other down.

What are the policies on bringing a camera and taking photographs?

We allow photography if the subject of the photograph consents. (We do not allow anyone to be photographed without their permission.) We also ask you to let us use your photos on our website, but you don't have to agree.

I agree the following can change at the drop of a hat...Highs of 65 and sunny, 71 and partly cloudy respectively for this event with little chance of rain. It will be a great Weekend outing to spend with your Valentine!

It looks like the weather is going to to fantastic for this weekend . I have seen many couples at Appleseed really enjoy themselves. Guys this is the type of shooting event that makes it easy to introduced a girlfriend or wife to the sport.
