I got my SBR stamp about a month ago, it took 4 months. I hope they continue speeding up the process. Instant approvals would be nice, aye?

I have a suppressor w/trust I'm waiting on and it's pending as of June 2014 and they are telling me 7 months. Is that a canned response?

From what everybody's been saying about 4-6 months I think.

So they cash the check as soon as they get it, then you get in line.

www.nfatracker.com you can sort by approval dates and it will give you an idea on the timeframe of different forms being approved. Some list date when check was cashed.

Thanks, ill check that out. When I sent the papers for my SBR, I never thought to track how long it took from "check cashed" to approved.

looks like I will be using Jims next time. I submitted my paperwork for my suppressor through a gunshop in Slidell in Dec 13 and it was finally approved Oct 14.
