AR-10/AR-15 interchangeability

If any what parts wil interchange with the AR-10 and AR-15?

Maybe the stock and trigger mechanisms?

sights, slings, stocks (maybe, buffer size?), trigger groups, grips

Definitely not the buffer. I have both and the trigger is about the only internal part that will work not sure about FCG. Stocks and tubes probably but have not tried. It's two completely different animals.
