I've got a compete AR upper & barrel etc to be assembled. What sources do any of you use to guide you along in the process to make sure it's done right? Thanks.

Do an online search for TM 05538/23&P.
Its an old M16 manual, but it has all standard specs (torque, lining etc..)

If you have all of the proper tooling it is a simple job. The torque is to be set between 35lbs and 70lbs don't exceed 85lbs or you'll damage the upper. YouTube is a wealth of knowledge but you should look for a manufacturer's specs to be sure of the recommended torque and spacing for the rifle to perform correctly. Good luck and if you need some assistance give me a shout (PM).
