Why aren't you scanning XXXXX site?

In some cases we may not be aware of the site. Also, some sites have really tough pages to scan as they don't use modern html conventions. Some sites only have a few items or they don't have expectations of stock for a long time currently, which would require significant work to support their site with nothing to show in the end.
