AR10 muzzle brake

I'm looking into getting a muzzle brake for my DPMS AP4 .308 for better recoil.. What is a good muzzle brake I could go with?

The Lund Titan is supposed to be pretty good too.

I've got the Rolling Thunder and with my lightened carrier, it feels like an AR in 223. If I wasn't running the RT, I'd go with the Titan.
