I've been shooting with @WhereIsIt? before and watched him eat a banana. It's the wildest thing... he doesn't chew, just slowly slides the whole banana down in one piece without ever breaking eye contact.
Is that why every weekend you keep asking me to come to the match with you? I swear it's like you Canadians have a big fetish for middle eastern southerners.

It's an electrolyte powder that I add to my water.

DripDrop Hydration - Electrolyte Powder Packets - Grape, Fruit Punch, Strawberry Lemonade, Cherry - 32 Count https://a.co/d/iothLfz
This **** is a total and utter game-changer. I've tried all of the leading PediaLyte and similar sport drinks and DripDrop is my favorite - it's also got the best balance of "stuff' in it from what I can tell.

I bring it on all of my week long hikes.

Oh, and I also keep 5 packs of it in my car, my work bag, my travel suitcase, my backpacks, in my wife's car, and wherever. It is exceptional for preventing hangovers when consumed with an adequate amount of water (and/or beer).

Nice. Is it good for electrolytes?

    Heard of, yes. Tried, no.
The lack of sugar is a no go. If I need electrolytes, I want sugar with it too as it helps with the absorption and not getting a headache.

That's too much vitamin C as well.

I can take a few drip drops over the course of the day to spread electrolyte intake up for all day events (such as hiking). The one you linked has too much for that. It probably also tastes like ****.

I personally like LMNT over Drip Drop. But I haven’t tried all the others.

Also, I have not tried this one myself, but it has been recommended to me by quite a few people who also work long hours in the heat. If I give it a try soon, I’ll report back.
