Too much talk and not enough action. He needs to be more concise.
    Concise Summary:
    • Dude's name is Petty Officer 1st Class Carlo Marcelo
    • Marcelo spent 20 years in the US Navy and is now retired
    • This occurred when he was still active duty
    • Marcelo has no criminal record, law-abiding American
    • Marcelo contacted a gun store to purchase a buffer tube
    • He goes to pick it up
    • During the transaction, ATF agents armed to the teeth swarm them in what looks like a raid
    • ATF agents accuse him of distributing makeshift suppressors and machine guns to the city
    • ATF agents steal all the gucci guns (valued at over $20,000) and gear he had in his trunk (presumably for a range trip)
    • MARCELO HAD ALL NECESSARY PAPERWORK TO SHOW LEGAL OWNERSHIP OF EACH AND EVERY ITEM
    • He provided all Form 1 and other docs to the local ATF office.
    • He goes by the local ATF office, and ATF agents there state he's innocent (say "wrong place, wrong time"), but they still won't return his firearms, and leave him with seizure receipts for just the serialized parts (receivers, suppressors, etc.) but not the rest of the gear (optics, parts, etc.)
    • Marcelo's sister is later murdered on the other side of the country in an unrelated incident.
    • After returning from her funeral, Marcelo contacts ATF again asking for his firearms back for "home defense", they refuse to return them yet, and further add they "know he has other guns" for that
    • Marcelo calls again two weeks later, ATF agent says right now he is innocent but threatens to press charges against him if he keeps "blowing up [their] phone"
    • Supposedly the raid was fully recorded by his Tesla, he recorded all subsequent conversations - a lot of it is viewable both in that video and others, including his conversation at the ATF office.

    Fake news

Tactitools and blanket statements... Welcome to Bayoushooter.
Not sure why you believe so. This was personally looked into by both Legally Armed America and MrGunsngear, who is part of the WPSN. Sure appears vetted by trustworthy individuals.

Edit: Legally Armed America video that was later released with more details, location of incident, still images taken from Tesla of ATF agents, etc.

I believe it is what it is. A rogue alphabet agency as out of control as it’s ever been. People that wanna believe something else are part ostrich. It’s easier for them to give all the benefit of doubt or bury their head before they can face the music. Doesn’t matter how much you want or don’t want something to be true if it’s not (or visa versa), all they can do is pretend, so that’s what they do to cope. My dad used to put it in perspective: why don’t you wish in one hand and deuce in the other and tell me which one fills up first. What’s funny is, they can lick the boot, but if the ATF decides to revoke their privileges, it won’t matter. If you think you can buddy up to the ATF your mind is gone. This ain’t Narnia buttercup. The ATF is not your friend.
