The yahoo article states that the bushmaster was used...I thought it was 2 pistols and the ar was in the trunk? I tried to research to get a definite answer and it seems there are conflicting articles/reports......The early reports state it was an AR-15, then it was discredited to just pistols...IDK

I think we won't know for a fact until the final report comes out and is released, but I think the report sequence was -

1) AR15 + 2 pistols used
2) Video tape of "rifle" being removed from trunk shown, switched to just pistols used maybe
3) "Rifle" pulled out of trunk was actually a Saiga shotgun or some such, AR15 + 2 pistols used (so 4 guns total, Saiga left in trunk)
