Apparently 2 idiots tried to drive a Volkswagen GTI into Hebert's last night .
I mean really ? Wouldn't a good Dodge Ram have been a better choice ??!!
I'm amazed they failed , I mean with that level of planning and all .

You have it right on point, 2 idiots. Probably drug crazed. Still on the loose. For a smash and grab, a garbage truck would prob work well, Or an M1 Abrams. But pretty difficult to locate one/steal in BR.

I recently completed some renovation plans for this building. It's a steel building. Steel panels screwed to Steel columns that run both horizontal and vertical. It's a tough wall to try and drive a blunt ended car through. A big can opener or a screw driver to remove the screws so a wall panel could be removed would work better.
You need to understand how a building is construction before you can figure out how to penetrate it. Clearly they didn't !
I wonder how they were going to make a getaway....that wrecked VW ????
Them boys need to find a new line of work...breaking and entering clearly isn't their forte' .
