Here's a question for the legal community. Under what conditions may a bail enforcement agent enter the home of a third party not listed on the bail bond? Do they need a warrant? Can it be it an arrest warrant for the fugitive or does it have to be a search warrant listing my address? Without a warrant, do I have the right to defend my home against forced entry by a bail enforcement officer? Please list what a bail enforcement agent MUST do in order to gain entry to my home if my address is NOT listed as the address of the fugitive and my home is NOT listed on the bail bond as a property bond.

Have you ever watched DOG the Bounty Hunter? You'd think they have the right to kick doors in.

    Yeah is this for real?

Whenever the bail bondsman comes to take me in I say "sorry bro, let me see the warrant."

All I know, legally, for sure, is that if you don't cooperate you're gonna suffer from fistophobia.

Just put a sign out front saying "This is a bail bond agent free zone". This sign will posses the same magic as the "weapons free zone" signs they put up around schools.

Need more info. Has he already skipped The bail? Or is the bondsman just revoking his bail. One instance could mean you harboring a fugitive (felony in MS) the other not. Ps I can only speak for MS laws.

If you look through your peephole and see this, just open the door.
