Just ran across this. It's kind of a lengthy read (an hour or so), but for anyone who is starting down the path to being healthy and fit, it's the best read I've come across on the subject. He covers most points very well and addresses some very prevalent and very wrong myths, and there are a few comical nuggets sprinkled in. I'm saving the link to pass off in the future for sure.
