beretta 950 holster recommendation

Im mainly looking for a inside the wastband holster but would like to know what people say about any holster style for the 950

I carried mine in my front pocket in a holster I made from scrap leather, hammer at safety notch and chamber loaded. This was a 950 B which has no external safety. I should add that I carry daily and it is usually front pocket. I currently carry 9 mm or maybe once a week a Kel- tec p38t. Dave
