Sorry all, but when I get the craving I have to go get the smoked boudin at Juneau's Cajun Meats up in Marksville across from the Paragon casino.

Billys has pepperjack stuffed boudib egg rolls n boudin balls....awesome.

The only Billy's I've tried is the 1 in Krotz Springs, but I've heard there's 1 in Scott as well. Not sure which 1 you're talking about, but I know the 1 in Krotz Springs has awesome pepperjack boudin balls. Whenever we take a trip to Sherburne the wife makes me stop on the way home for some. Of course, doesn't take me much convincing!

Legnon's I believe is the name of a place that someone used to bring some from that was awesome.
I have grown fond of ronnie's in BR, their boudin and cracklins are awesome.

My vote is Best Stop in scott, they use a little liver in thier's and it is more old school boudin. Don't like liver ? then Don's.
Don't forget to get cracklin's when you get the boudin, hog fat fried in hog fat and salted... it's wonderful.
