Here is a recipe for some really great baby back ribs. Soak them in a sugar water brine overnight. In the morning marinate in Dales steak seasoning for half the day. Before throwing on the grill rub with onion powder, galic powder and some Tony's. Grill them high up off of the coals or burners. They come out as juicy and tasty as any I have ever had.

Best ribs I've had from a restaurant was off seigen at TJ Ribs, right next to Hooters.

I know its not in the metro area, but I shure would drive 30-40 minutes to eat there!

I'll second Ugly Dog for goood barbeque. I have yet to have the pleasure of trying the Joint. I have heard plenty of, "you'll slap ya mama" or "you'll lick your own ___hole to get another taste" comments from friends about it.

Interesting. Being a native Texan and having tried BBQ from coast to coast, I would venture to say TJ Rib's is the worse I've had.

I guess opinions really can differ substantially ;)
