Things will grow if experienced shooters are willing to invite, cajole and/or kidnap potential new shooters to get them to the range and then help them make sure they have gear and coaching. Sometimes the experienced shooter may even have to give up his day and just be the coach. It is worth it because it will keep the sport healthy and pass it on to new generations.
i've been shooting or attempting to shot longer range rifles for about 18 months now. i feel the problem limiting rifle shooter in south la is locations. we are very limited to ranges. even if you have access to private land its still not as easy as running to an indoor pistol range. i really need to stop dragging my feet and join palo alto
