Blackberry help

My phone has "APP ERROR 523" on the screen and it only lets me restart it. Any ideas how to make it work agian. The centennel store told my to hook it up to my pc and delete all the apps but the error comes up so quick it wont let my pc reconize it.

You have to flash the OS off completely. Have fun lol.
