are these supposed to be adjustable for drop or "height"? the fore and aft rake i've got figgered out but the only way i see to drop the thing down is to rotate the belt slide part 180 degrees and re-attach using only 2 of the 3 mounting screws at the bottom of the slide part. is this correct or is there some kind of "kit" that i need to get, or am i just stuck the way it is? thanx, vic
