Surety for CHP? I'm not even remotely familiar with those. I could tell you where to get a surety bond for a contract.

The state does not require a surety bond for the chp. Is this a local govt. thing?

State Farm sells them. They're not very expensive but its still easier and cheaper to get a LA ccw.

According to LouisianaCarry the Parish Permit allows you to carry on school campuses.

To be more specific, they allow one to carry on school campuses within the parish that issued it.
