First of all this job market is just dirty. I spent the last five years working as a broadcast technician, which is the fabrication, repair, calibration, installation and tuning of broadcasting equipment for radio stations. I have a fairly broad skill set. Well, work slowed and I got laid off last year. The occasional contract job has kept me afloat, but its time to get a new job. I checked all of the major telecommunication companies, but it seems nobody is hiring right now. Anybody want to pay me for just being me? If not, have any leads?

ETA: Pictures, because they make everything better. This is a ground system I did for a six tower AM station late last year. One thousand pounds of copper per tower, a lot of copper.
