I thought the AFFS dude was white?!?

While detectives spent hours investigating, area residents came by in shock, expressing surprise at the violent incident in a very quiet neighborhood.

"Man this is the quietest neighborhood you'll find," said Carl Collins. "That's surprising, we don't have nothing around here, man."

    Jaded!

"I've lived here since August, and I've not heard anything like this," added Brittney Puyau. "I've felt safe around here. It's a nice neighborhood, like, but I mean, it goes to show you that even in the nicest neighborhoods stuff can happen."

    Exactly!

My source (LinkedIn) lists 10-8 as a former place of employment.

I'm sure he has an account here.

My research shows that he is most likely a member here.
Said member posted about working for AFFS, former LEO, and former Army Reserve.
    This matches with LinkedIn account.

I was thinking the same thing, yet I cannot recall his username. I remember him posting about that. There are some reports saying he resigned as a "recruit" from NOPD, but that term can be misleading because you're classified as a recruit from the beginning of the academy until you complete FTO training. That's usually 8 months or so...

That's him. It's the guy that worked at AFFS and came on here finger pointing them. Find the huge thread about AFFS and you can find all his post defending himself.

Are you a cop? He was NOPD and OPSO and campus police on a university and a veteran.

No. I'm only connected to people I know or have done business with.

My former coworker is a healthcare accountant, not sure who the next connection is. Bradley only has 20 connections.

    I just found it odd.

    EDIT:

Looks like my former coworker is connected to several recruiters/headhunters.

    http://www.wbrz.com/news/shooter-claims-he-killed-man-for-trying-to-steal-his-bike/

NEW ORLEANS - New Orleans police say a 31-year-old New Orleans man is accused of shooting and killing an unarmed man in his front yard.

The arrest warrant alleges that Bradley Parvez called police Thursday morning to report that someone was trying to steal his bicycle, and called shortly afterward to say he'd shot the man.

Police say that when officers arrived, Parvez had a lawyer with him and declined to give a statement.

He was booked with second-degree murder. His bond is set at $250,000.

The victim's name was not released.

Sgt. Nicholas Gernon, commander of the NOPD Homicide Unit, says the 35-year-old man was unarmed and it was not clear whether he was trying to commit a crime.

The warrant says the house showed no signs of forced entry.

Doesn't look good for the shooter.
