That would be a straw-man purchase and if you are going to do it you should not have asked that question. Now if the guy buys the two glocks and changes his mind and sells them to you that's fine. Having the intent to lie on the form is a no no. The first or second question is are you buying the gun for your self. Also depending of the ffl buying to hand guns at the same time he may put in a call to the FBI that would be rare and it not required of the FFL but could and has happened

Since it's your original intention, I'm pretty sure that's illegal. You're circumventing the entire background check procedure, even though that's not really your motive. It's different if he already had them and sold them to you FTF. Maybe there's an amount of time that has to pass to ensure no laws are broken.

Honestly, it's illegal to buy one FOR someone else.... but if you have a clean record and the gun doesn't end up in police hands for whatever reason, it's probably going to be fine.

What if you wanted to buy your dad a shotgun for his birthday? Food for thought.

i have bought 2 new weapons from dealers, had the whole 9 yards done, background check, the 3 pages you have to fill out, get called in, everything is fine, we are just trying to get the best possible deal.
