Hey folks, I'm looking to purchase a Marlin 39-A on Gunbroker, and I'm curious as to the prices FFL dealers charge for the transfer. What is considered a fair price, and are there any tips you guys came give me? I've never done this before. Thanks.

Many on here that are sponsors charge around $20. Some even lower. Anything above that, find another place. What's your location?

Go to a gun shop where people know you and they should do it for $20. I have paid up to 30 but at that price I would shop around first.
I have had transfer price reduced by offering to buy a gun case, which I needed, anyway.
