Did I see right that the "Land of the Fruits and Nut" passed amendments outlawing high capacity magazines, requiring a permit to buy ammunition, and allowing the confiscation of firearms buy those deemed no longer allowed to own firearms.

I hope that type of insanity remains on the left coast!

Yup. CRAZY!!!! That's why we can't have that liberalism spread to our youth. Or that'll be us in the future.

If this is true, it's another reason never to go to Cali. Plus they legalized weed - that's a good enough reason there too.

A core tenet of the Constitution and the Republic is the power of the states to legislate themselves. Trump believes this too! If a citizen of California believes their Rights have been infringed upon, they should sue the government. When it gets to the "New" Constitutionally guided Supreme Court; they tell California no!

So there may be a breath of fresh air for them when the new justice gets appointed then. When that happens I can see the lawsuits starting up. Calguns will probably put some in motion soon.
