Call from Cabelas

Just got a call from Cabelas for an order of .22 that I placed January 4th. They are shipping it finally. Nice surprise call. Good to get another 525 rounds for $23 shipped.

I placed an order for 2 bricks with Cabelas on 12/28/12 and have gotten a (re) back order email every 25th of the month since. Hopefully, mine will be coming soon as well.

What the hell ? I ordered some .22LR on 07/05/13 and had it in 2 weeks . They should have offered ya'll a substitute for something that was in stock .

I have gotten other .22 orders in with no issue from them over the past few months. This one for some reason took this long.

Ok now I am annoyed. I got an email last night stating that they are sorry that the item is now on backorder?! Why would they call me and say its ready for shipment and then say its on backorder again
