I normally don't buy pre-seasoned meat. I was at Target today and noticed a pack of Carne Asada.
I was made by Guy Fieri the spiked hair dude on the food channel. I brought it home and seared it on
a very hot grill. To my surprise, it was excellent. The seasoning was spot on, and the tenderness and texture were great.
