I think it says have been.. IE you applied .. Got rejected so went for Florida..

If you go straight to Fl. you cant get rejected here ..

Its far to much hassle for them to run the whole gambit .. .Just to see if you would have been rejected here. My opinion only.. I might be wrong..

I was unsuccessful in obtaining a copy of my arrest record and disposition by deferred ajudication of the case from another state. The clerk's office said the record is there, but sealed. Only a law enforcement agency such as the LSP can get a copy, and only by going through a law enforcement agency of the charging state. Talk about hoops. The offense was inconsequential, and the charging state did not want to prosecute. Nonetheless, the record remains. So what will the permitting office of LSP do when it come to the hoop, jump through and issue, or deny?

You should be able to get record of your own arrest (disposition of said)

I would call back and hope to talk to someone else..
Or go to the states website.. Some states have criminal records check available on the web..

But you can always call LSP concealed handgun division and ask...
