I would say no, unless it's Federal land and then I would say yes.
You could probably just call Highway Patrol and ask them.
Clear Springs is in the Homochitto National Forest . I've been campimg there off and on for 50 years . I know that place like the back of my hand . Good times . I've always carried concealed . Legal or not .
