ccw class for my girl in/near hammond? and my renewal questions?

first, how soon/far out/long will the renewal course be good for? my permit expires 4/14, if i take the course will it be good in 15 months?

my gf has an odd work schedule currently, 4 weekdays, 1/2 week day, 1/2 weekend day.

anybody near hammond that can work around that? she wants to take the class sometime after 8 jan.

When i took mine, instructor said you had one year to apply. I assume this would also apply to renewals.

Your certificate is good for 12 months. Period.

That's not something your instructor, or Louisiana State Police, has the ability to alter.

we are now looking for a course(a year later) lol we couldnt find a way to work around our schedules
she had no real interest until lately.
she still works at least 1 weekend day, and i work every weekday until 5-6 pm. i do have mlk day off.

Just as an aside, I waited 365 or maybe 364 days before sending my stuff in from the date of the class. They honored the date on the postmark.
