    So I just dropped off my 1911 with Mr. Hidalgo at plate-tacular!I cannot wait to get it back!

    Yea I'm gonna take some better pics for y'all!
    This is aetallic silver with black trim.
    And yea I was gonna go OD green but I decided to try this two tone instead and I love it!
    The hogue grips are going pronto with the uncle mikes holster! Lol
    I haven't decided if I'm gonna go with a acrylic designed grip or a nice dark wood.
    I love the texture of the coat!
    Didley for a full coat by Mr. Daniel at plate-tacualar runs about $150 depending on what ya choose and such.

    OMG. Dark wood, please! Those hogue grips make me want to vomit.

    Where do get the grips from. Cabelas had no options and well Hebert's was ridiculous for what they had.

    Everyone I have shown lives the gun. I know I do! The texture of the finish is great.
    And yea I do need to get out and shoot more. Only shooting I do is behind the house and it is no where near as nice as yours lol.
