    Summary

A poll watcher who provided an affidavit to prosecutors in the case noted that Bartle Bull, who worked as a civil rights lawyer in the south in the 1960's and is a former campaign manager for Robert Kennedy, said it was the most blatant form of voter intimidation he had ever seen.

A spokesman for the Department of Justice told FOX News, "The Justice Department was successful in obtaining an injunction that prohibits the defendant who brandished a weapon outside a Philadelphia polling place from doing so again. Claims were dismissed against the other defendants based on a careful assessment of the facts and the law. The department is committed to the vigorous prosecution of those who intimidate, threaten or coerce anyone exercising his or her sacred right to vote."

Just another reason for me to be aprehensive and distrustful of our government. An Injunction preventing him from doing it again???? What exactly would you call the original law that prohibited the act? Don't do it or we'll tell you not to do it again. Gee, that's what I call justice.

And these assholes are the first ones to scream "racism" whenever they see a confederate flag on the back of a truck. Sickening. I'm glad I wasn't there.

They should have been hit with a stun gun and then trussed up with duct tape with a sign on their chests proclaiming this is what happens to poll intimidators.
How come the State Police weren't called out to take them away?

Just makes you wish someone OCing would have walked up there to vote. I bet the club would stop swinging pretty quick and he wouldn't ask for ID.

Good thing is he is prohibited from doing it again. And if he does, he will be again prohibited. His organization now knows they will be prohibited from voter intimidation for the next election after they intimidate for the current. One has to feel like justice is served here.

BTW. I heard the charges being worked by the career lawyers were dropped by the political appointees of the current admin.

Had that been the Klan it would be all over the News and they would be getting the book thrown at them. This double standard is turning me into a racist. The PC's label "hate speech" "intolerance" and "homophobe". These apply to white people only. Colored people get a pass. There are people out there who are maga rich because of hate. Jessie Jackson, Louis Farrakan, etc. Bush should have had JJ audited every year he was in office.:(

I can't OC since my local polling place is on school property. I have to leave my pistol in the car and just go in with an empty holster.

It takes an extreme ignorant S.O.B. to put words in another persons mouth. You have just proven you are that person.

Can't tell if these mopes were hoodies or blacknecks but still ignorant scum who should have gone to jail. Comrade Obama and the neo-Socialists are succeeding in creating unrest by this kind of double standard, double-talk hoping for a reaction that will let them impose martial law and other draconian measures.
