sad thing is....David Vitter isn't much better. Our hen house roostin' Senator of "virtue" and his Republican Party has supported Amnesty, never put the troops on the border, won't to anything to apprehend illegals. All they'll do is spout lines like "we're a nation of immigrants" while maybe throwing a bone to real conservatives citing a bill they voted for that would refuse benefits to illegals somewhere down in Paragraph 12, section A, subline 24b. Geo. W. Bush was a friend of Amnesty remember. The Republicans and Democrats have betrayed the U.S. to Mexico

I tend to agree, not much to vote for, however there is a lot to vote against and Melancon definately needs to be voted against simply to try to cut some of the power the liberals have.
Send them a message and maybe next time we will have more to vote "for".

BOTH parties have sold US out to Mexico.

US meaning you and me, AND the United States.

Dems for potential voting bloc, Repubs for fat cat employers to drive down wages.

Simple as that. And as wrong as that. Don't need more laws or lawmakers, just need to ENFORCE the ones on the books. Deport them ALL if here illegally, and fine the living crap, or jail, those who hire them. Oh...and build the freakin wall already. Could have built a wall, a moat, minefield, guardtowers, and have put 100,000 troops (armed) on both borders by now if anyone was serious about it.

Sounds heartless? Don't care. Don't have to.

Actually got a guy on a traffic stop last week that had a deportation warrant from ICE, and they made the arrangements to come pick him up. It happens all too infrequently.
