So the other night I cooked up some chicken Marsala really easy to do. First mix up your preferred seasoning with some flour (red pepper, onion and garlic powder). Batter your chicken breast I cut my in half, and fry them in olive oil. Once that is cooked place them on the side then add some in about a cup and half of wine and some sliced up mushrooms. Cook the mushrooms til they wilt then add a cup of heavy whipping cream. And place the chicken back in the sauce for a few minutes. Serve over pasta or mashed potatoes
