Double Tap here, as well...see you guys at the Flintstone car at Stage 4, which also features one of Double Tap's infamous Hellaports :D

Classifier matches are a great opportunity to pick up a classification for a new division at one match, or move out of Unclassified on your main gun if you're new to USPSA.

Im hoping to have my Glock 35's Mag well, trigger assembly and the magazine extensions ready for this match. If you go to Lagator.org and click on EAP, and then the link to their main web page, they have the stages already up.

Competing for placement within the classifications at matches with shooters at your level. Otherwise, you get to compete in U with the unclassified shooters. You must be a member of USPSA for your classifier scores to count. Normally each monthly match includes only one classifier. A special classifier match allows you to fast-track to a classification.

Also allows you to see where you stand as a percentage of the top GMs scores nationwide.

Would it be a bad idea to do this if you are using a gun for the first time. I mean is it possible to screw something up that would **** me off in the future if I decide to take this stuff seriously?

There is no moving involved huh? Is it like that with all classifiers?

    Nope...you can't get any lower than U and that's what'll you'll be until you're classified. ;)

The way the system is set up, once you achieve a classification, you can't go backwards, only up.
