Corn and Crab Bisque

Whoa, what, when?
Last year ok I don't feel so bad about missing this then.
I love me some corn and crab bisque! Looking good.
I follow chef John Folse's recipe and tweak it a little.

I made some Thursday night . Substituted shrimp for the crab , and used an American and Cheddar mix . Pretty good stuff .
