    *takes a bow* :wavey:
Thank you, thank you. I'd like to thank the NRA, BayouShooter.com, all those people who support gun rights, my father for taking me out hunting and fishing, and most of all, to the fact that Democrats don't know their heads from their asses. Thank you again! :pimp:

Hahahaha, I'm so glad I've still got it. I'm more than happy to write letters and articles about this. You should have seen the letters I wrote back in Jersey concerning the bear hunt, Corzine's ******** legislation tactics, and against the anti-gun toting bastards

This is just a clip of what some have to say

You know what amazes me? The same people who think "every life is precious" are the same people who want to shoot off a few rounds whenever they want to. How can you stand up for some microscopic cells and claim that's a life and in the same breath become willing to kill an ACTUAL human being. There is something wrong with that sort of rationalization. Let's say you do have a permit and another student opens fire...so now we have several people firing. There is bound to be stray bullets that will hit innocent people. And what about if someone is ADHD and carrying a gun and decides to "play" with it in class because they are dumbfucks and have the gun go off? And if two people are involved in a shoot out, how do the police know who is the good guy and who is the bad guy? Would they possible both be gunned down by police officers? Then what?

A gun is not a cell phone. You do not take it out in class to just play around with it. The ADHD comment? I think that she just wants to run her mouth just for the sake of running it!

I am not allowed to post on their group because I am not a memeber, but I wrote this reply to the creator of the group maybe she will pass it along:

Hey I don't know if you remember me from NSU, but anyway. This is in response to your group. No I am not a member (not for or against, just undecided) I saw a post about "if an ADHD student had a gun in class got bored and decided toplay with it and it went off then what" I would like to reply to that but am not able to because I am not a member of the group. If you could pass it along for me. There are certain gun safety rules no matter where you are: hunting, the shooting range, etc. A gun is not like a cell phone that you take out just to play with if you are bored. The only time it should be taken out is when it is being used.
That is all that I wanted to say about that. Each side of the issue has their points, but I would hope that people would think things through before they start posting their opinions. I understand and opinion is an opinion, but please do not think that the other party is moronic for the opinion that they hold.
    Thank you

They have no true facts except that "we" have no regard for life, are trigger-happy, are "mentally unstable," etc, etc, etc. And these aren't even remotely true.

When will they just learn that the 2nd amendment is not going to go away and that they just have to let us be? We don't harm people; they are the ones that are crazy and irrational.

2nd amendment is the only reason there is a Constitution or a Bill of Rights...without it there would be no incentive for governments to have such documents, the foundation of a democratic republic, democracy, or republic, is in the peoples right, and ability, to overcome their governing bodies should the people deem it necessary.

    just my opinion.

Give me a break you gun nuts. You claim that people growing up with guns have some special ability to use them properly? Come on and be honest. The only thing that growing up around guns does is makes you desensitized to the deadliness of firearms. The concealed license test is a joke. Anyone can pass it and it is almost impossible to fail. When is the last time you heard of someone trying to get a concealed carry permit and then failing the test? Never! The Gun nuts like to try and make the argument that ordinary people with the barest of training should be trusted with guns because other people are using GUNs in criminal acts. As to capitalism making us strong, what sort of GOP propaganda has the letter writer been swallowing? The fact is the market has left close to half of this country without medical care, workers having to work 60 hours a week to pay the bills and eat all the while those "socialist" countries continue to expand in the world market because their workers/citizens benefit from universal healthcare and their kids enjoy fully funded school systems. The market may be good for many things and it is a necessary aspect to business but just as the Communist in Russia had to learn that some version of a market economy is necessary we must realize that some aspects of socialism are actually good for society and yes business too. Keep the guns in the hands of professional and the limit the rights of some fat cat Bourgeois force some kid down a coal pit.

Gun nuts? He doesn't even know...
And of course, I replied. Wait for the aftermath...

He does have a point about the lack of difficulty in the shooting test. I really do wish it were a bit more difficult. Honestly, I'd have used the same test as the police or security guards use in their course. That way the anti's (or an attorney) can't say we're under-trained or not qualified. It would be more difficult, but worth the effort.
