Do any of you who have Cox cable internet service in the DS/Watson area notice that the service goes to **** about sundown?

I'm wondering if it has anything to do with school being back in session?

I'm in north Walker, not far from Watson, and have 3 computers plus cell phones and 2 landlines all running on our Cox broadband. We're on it almost 24/7, and it always seems great. Could be a local bottleneck/problem causing your slowdown.

I am having the same problem you are having. I also know two other people having the same issue. One of these people upgraded their internet to the best cox offers and also had cox replace their modem and router because that is what cox said was the problem. Guess what it was not the problem. The other person I know that was having the problem with cox has now switch to u-verse. I have called cox a number of times and they keep saying there is nothing wrong. That is BS and I am waiting to see how u-verse works for my friend and my be switching also. Oh and we are all around hwy 1025.
