Crawfish Monica

Thinking about what to cook for dinner this evening I almost didn't give this much thought. I Almost passed on this idea but figured what the heck.

Had some Asian style green beans leftover from last night.

I went with bowtie pasta instead of the usual corkscrew shaped pasta.

This dish came out really good and I will be doing this again soon.

Of course it was served with warmed and buttered French bread.

My wife's parents are yats, and this is a dish often served by both them and her. I am not a big fan of pasta dishes, especially with seafood, but I make an exception for Crawfish Monica.
