Here's a thread about these uppers, including some initial testing reports. Overall they seem pretty good! Several of the guys on that thread mated them up with the PlumCrazy lowers (which rockmup sells) resulting in an AR for under $500, without optics.

Well I just ordered mine and am meeting Rockmup tomorrow for the Plumcrazy lower. Was suppose to buy a complete built from another member today (deal was agreed to and meet was all that was left), but he sold it to someone else ( he explained why, and I hold no grudge). I saved a bunch going this route. Can't wait.....
Do need some magazines though, hopefully cheap ones for now. Any suggestions?

C Products Mags they are very reliable for the price and you could always do the gun show special thing.

Well just got back from my meeting Rockmup and getting my Plumcrazy lower. It was a pleasure doing business with him as a local FFL, Plumcrazy rep, and BS member.

Can't wait for this upper top get here.

Last Year, a whole group of BS.com shooters bought those uppers that were made with the barrels cut just a tad bit long for traditional gas tubes, etc, what a deal, I think they were less than $299 if I recall, I have shot JPshootah and Beaninno's uppers from that batch, they ran quite a few rounds through them with no problems, good to go on JSE uppers!!!

BAM BAM, we will try and save you a seat in the support group for those of us that can't stop buying !!!
