This is a basic design Ive done several times before. Its a great all around kitchen knife! I dont normally do them in stainless but Ive been trying out different types of stainless to compare in edge retention and toughness. This one measured in at 59 rc hardness for those who care :D

Stainless 440c steel with a satin finish

Thickness is 3/32" or 2.4 mm

Length is just a tad over 13 1/2" inches total. The handle is 5 1/2" and the blade is right over 8"

Handle is brown canvas micarta with stainless steel pins. The micarta does glow when in UV light or has the chance to absorb UV light then brought in the dark. A little cool factor to it. The whole knife is waterproof and very durable. Would be good at a camp or just as good at home in your kitchen. If you have any questions feel free to ask! I always recommend hand washing vs a machine just for the fact that your sharp blade isn't rubbing or banging against other objects but should handle the dishwasher without any problems.

Price - 90$ plus shipping and handling (will be 10$ with insurance)
