Custom Knife for Best Man

Looking for a fine louisiana-made knife for my best man. I know very little about different steels, but he's something of a collector. Want it to be a hunting or everyday knife. Fixed blade for hunting. Mid sized folding pocket knife for everyday. Any recommendations would be great.

Hopefully you can find a quality La. made knife but if not you may want to consider AG Russell in Arkansas.

my vote would be RON GOULAS from Breaux bridge. Ive used his knives for the past 6 years on ELK, Deer, Hogs. I now have Six of his Knives, everyone I hunt with uses his Knives
