Dad wants some ammo (5.56x45 and 7.62x51)

Like it says in the title. My old man wants to be able to shoot the guns he bought and wants to get some good ammo to do so. Do any sponsors have a few cases of either or both in stock at somewhat reasonable prices? Really would like some Federal XM193.
