I ordered a complete kit minus the stripped lower over a year ago. The front site was canted slightly. I called, and at first they didn't seem to believe it was possible. They weren't rude or a-holes at all. They were very nice and seemed concerned. I sent it and they replaced the front sight but Iwould have preferred if they would have covered my shipping costs to them at least. I didn't ask them to either.
