Soooo the suspect was issued a refund for something and still decides she needs to try and kill someone..... Are these idiots never ever taught the value of a human life, even their own. But I think she should forfeit her existence then. SMH

1200 block of St. Charles Really? I don't know about N.O. but here in Laffy we get the same sort of "news", but, with a request for help. For example Armed robbery in the xxx block of whatever street if you have any information call 232-TIPS. I'm pretty sure that I'm not going to overhear any information about criminal activity at an undisclosed business, at an undisclosed location that I can relay!!! On the other hand I might be sitting on a barstool and overhear information about a robbery at the liquor store at the corner of Hennesy St. and Courvoisier St. where shot glasses were stolen. If they really want my help.....They're going to have to give me something to work with. What ever happened to who, what, when, where, why, and how?
