    I'd just buy some brass. You are looking at a lot of expense and time forming pistol brass. I have a rifle that I form brass for and it's a pain in the ass, and all I'm doing is shortening a bottleneck case.
    Starline sell .30 Mauser brass. It's a little pricey, but you have to ask yourself what kind of price do you put on your time. 500 cases at under $90 bucks ain't a bad trade off.

    In post #3 in the link below is a description of what you will need to do. Of course you'll have to use the correct die (7.63 Mauser not 7.62 x 25) but there it is. You'll have to play around with your cut length to come up with the proper finshed case length.
    Thats a lot of work and you still have to buy the correct reamer to turn your case necks down to the correct thickness if you don't happen to have a lathe handy.
