I have no idea what he charged. He had an an excavator with a thumb, and a guy with a chain saw. I kept all the oak for firewood, so he didn't haul away much.
I used a company called "3-D land clearing" out of mississippi, it was $150 an hr 8 hr minimum
They had a huge forestry mulcher. very pleased with their work
oh BTW, the 8 hrs didn't start until the machine was on your property and off the trailer. some outfits charge you for their travel time.
After looking at the pics I would say a bulldozer could clear that out easily but I remembered that it costs about $130ish for a bulldozer per hour the last time I needed some work done adn they charged a trailering fee to the site. Sounds like the guys out of Mississippi might be the best bet as they don't charge travel fees.
