Dovetail 1911

Does anyone cut dovetails that you trust in the Metairie/New Orleans area? I want to install new sights on my 1911. Thank you.

Jack "Something" at Gretna Gun in Gretna, LA. He doesn't refinish though. If it's stainless I guess it's a non-issue, or you can cold blue to touch up. The send off to Accurate Plating for refinishing.
