Good point. Talking on the phone while driving isen't the best eaither, but I'd rather someone do that than text. I don't understand the appeal of texting at all. I've had it blocked on my phone since shortly after it came out, as I find it stupid and annoying. Am I the only one left who dosen't text, but actually calls someone on the phone to talk when I have something to say?

Yes. I hate talking on the phone, or to people in general. Texting is a godsend.

+1. If I wanted to call you, I'd call you. It pisses me off to no end when someone calls to tell me they're on the way over, then jaw flaps at me for 5 min. A simple "omw" is perfect and all the information I need. Save the rest for when you get here.

Same here. And in my job is easier to talk on text. My attention is split so many different ways that being able to consider and respond at my leisure is good.
