    Yes. I believe it is a right but there HAVE be rules, taxes and regulations since it's a shared right (and responsibility). Little posses me off more than sharing the road with stupid asses and non-drivers doing stupid assed things. I've no issue with them killing themselves but they cannot endanger anyone or anyone's property. Not enough respnsibility in this society today...

    I believe if the autos had been around for the founders to see, it would be a right with reasonable limitations - like your right to free speech. You can do it until it endangers others, i.e. drinking and driving.

    That said, under our current system, it is a NECESSARY priviledge, which is ****ed up.

    Like CHP is a shall issue fact, it's a right but a regulated one, for public safety reasons
